Using the site
Read it, link to it, and quote it with a credit. That is what it is here for.
Do not try to break it, break into it, or take it down. Do not copy it wholesale and pass it off as something else. Do not use it to pretend you are us.
What belongs to us
The words, images, logos and game art on this site belong to Swift Orbit Studios LLC, unless we say otherwise next to the thing itself.
Our press kit is not published at the moment, so there is no standing permission to point you at. If you want to use any of this to write about us or the games, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we will tell you what you may do with it.
Links to other sites
We link to a few places we do not run, including Google Play and Buttondown. We do not control what is on them and we are not responsible for it.
The email list
If you sign up, the Privacy Policy says what happens to your address. You can leave at any time, using the link at the bottom of every email we send.
What we do not promise
We keep this site correct and we keep it running. We do not promise it is free of mistakes and we do not promise it is reachable every minute of the day. If something here is wrong, write to [email protected] and we will fix it.
Nothing here is a promise about a game
Games change while they are being made. What a game does, what it costs, which stores it reaches and when it gets there can all change. A page about a game that is not out yet describes the plan, not a commitment.
Where a game is sold, the store's own terms cover the purchase. These do not.
